Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date. Items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition and packaging
• Free from stains, makeup, or fragrances

Please Note:
The following items are non-returnable:
• Sale/clearance items
• Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards

How to Start a Return:
1. Email us at [insert your boutique email] with your order number and reason for return.
2. If approved, we’ll send return instructions.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos of any damaged or incorrect items. We’ll fix it fast!
